Subscription Option - One-way Logical Channel Incoming
This facility, if subscribed to, allocates logical channel numbers (LCNs)
for outgoing calls only.
UK uses logical group channel numbers 6 and 7 for outgoing only logical channels.
This facility is supported on both UK(a) and UK(b).
