We can now screw the motherboard tray (now with motherboard/CPU/memory) back into the case using the 3 screws previously removed (one at the back of the case, one at the top of the tray and one at the bottom).
The cables can now be threaded through the holes in the motherboard tray to keep them neat, however I like the idea of being able to fold out the motherboard tray in case I need to work on it. So I think I will just fix the cables with cable ties.
USB 3 Header
I had difficulty plugging the cable from the front panel of the case to the 19-pin USB 3 Header on the motherboard. As you can see from the picture below the cable has to be bent very sharply because the hard disk cage is in the way. I am concerned about this because it puts a lot of force on the cable and the motherboard, I am concerned that these could be damaged.
